Prices:

At NordicCraftDesign, all our prices are in Danish kroner and are stated and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior prior consent.
Reservations are made for sold-out items.
For foreign customers: At NordicCraftDesign we cannot be held responsible for various VAT, taxes etc. When shipping abroad.

To German customers:
Due to the new rules introduced in Germany, we unfortunately cannot ship to Germany. If you as a customer buy something from us and you come from Germany, your order will be canceled and the full amount will be refunded to you.

Payment:

NordicCraftDesign accepts payment with VISA, VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal. The payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. However, payment for orders containing personalized items will be charged when the order is submitted.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and including VAT.
Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items.

Production, Delivery and shipping

Production time

Production time is the time it takes from when we receive your order until it is shipped from us.

At NordicCraftDesign, we do everything we can to send your order to you as soon as possible, preferably within a maximum of 7 working days - most often they are sent faster from us.
If your item is a custom-made item that has a longer production time, then this will be able to be sent 1-6 weeks after you have ordered it. If you have ordered other products in the same order as the custom-made, then all your products will be shipped in one package, therefore the other products will also products will also arrive later. If you want your other products earlier than the custom-made products sooner, then these must be purchased separately. You are always welcome to contact us about the specific production time before submitting an order. 
The products that have a longer production time will be stated in the product description inside the the product itself, so it is therefore important to read the description.

Delivery and shipping time

We ship to all of Denmark, as well as abroad. The shipping price is different from product to product and depends on the weight of the product. We ship with PostNord.
Items are shipped with PostNord to the nearest PostNord parcel shop or to home address, depending on the customer's choice.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 3-10 working days after ordering to Denmark - and 3-25 days abroad.
For certain items, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in the product and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product.
You must complain in 'reasonable time' after you have discovered the defect / error.
NordicCraftDesign will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely by e-mail or other electronic other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day
- When you receive the order.
- Get the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for several different products ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in batches.
- Take physical possession of the last batch or lot, in the case of a contract for the supply of products consisting of several lots/parts.
- The first item in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of products over a certain period of time.
Return costs are at your own expense.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days after returning the shipment. The notification must be given by e-mail at Nordiccraftdesign@hotmail.com
In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill in the enclosed Return Form and send the item

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without at the same time giving clear notice of this.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal:
The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Products made to the consumer's specifications or personalized.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reason to be returned and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
• Products which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
• Products where the seal has been broken.
• Non-financial services supplied where the supply of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
• The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement thereof, that he/she thereby loses his/her right of withdrawal.
• Products that appear as second-rate goods and 'mystery bags'.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself. In case of return, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packed.
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The return process will be faster if you also fill in and attach our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time they are delivered until we receive them the goods are returned.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the goods on return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product caused by handling other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product functioning. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it in a physical shop.
If the product is tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered second-hand - which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on depending on the commercial value of the product at the time of receipt - of the return.
So, in order to receive a full refund, you have to test the product without actually use it.

How to get a refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us.
In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, unless you you have provided proof of having returned it by then.
